And learn how to share more than fall leaves with your neighbors to make everyone’s lives easier and your diets more varied.
Class will be held at the Paris Public Library in the meeting room. The class is free, but please call the library at 217-463-3950 to reserve a seat.
On Saturday May 4, at 10:30am, children ages 6-12 have an opportunity to create a special Mother’s Day card for their mother, grandmother, aunt, or other special person in their life. Katie Good and some of the papercrafters will be there to help. This is a free program, but signups are required in order to have enough supplies ready. Call, email, or Facebook message the library to sign up.
April’s papercrafting project is making two beautiful cards. Call 463-3950, email email@example.com, or message us to sign up for the April 25 class.
Paris Public Library announces a new digital service. RBdigital offers a selection of 62 magazines that may be downloaded and enjoyed using your Paris library card.
You must create a username/password and register your Paris library barcode number at our RBdigital website. Once that is done, you may download the RBdigital app at your device’s App Store.
There are no holds because magazines are always available to check out. There are no due dates because you may keep the issue on your device as long as you wish. You may even choose to be notified when new issues of your favorites are available.
In addition, RBdigital includes 7000+ audiobooks and a small collection of classic ebooks that check out much like those in MyMediaMall and Cloud Library.
Need help getting started? See the “How to” guide under ebooks/audios/magazines in the above menu or ask a librarian.
