Paris Public Library will begin a Toddler Lap-Sit program for children aged 3 mos. – 35 mos. and their caregivers in November.
Cara Hall will lead Mother Goose on the Loose on Thursday mornings, 10:30-11:00am beginning on November 3. No registration is needed.
Mother Goose on the Loose is an early literacy program that uses rhymes and songs to help young children get ready for reading. It incorporates music, movement, repetition, positive reinforcement, developmental tips, nursery rhymes, illustrations, books, puppets, and musical instruments. And it’s lots of fun!
A-B-C Fun meets at 6:30pm on the third Tuesday of the month this fall. This 30-minute storyhour features activities, books, and crafts for ages 3, 4, and 5.
Each storyhour usually includes a song, read-alouds with a common theme, and a simple craft. To sign your child up, call 463-3950, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or stop in so we will know how many craft materials to prepare.
Why should kids have all the fun? Adult Coloring Night is now a regularly scheduled event on the second Thursday of each month. Join us 6:00-7:30pm that evening in the library’s meeting room . Colored pencils and coloring pages will be furnished, but you are welcome to bring your own.
