From 1-2 p.m., local chess coach Ken Polky will provide background on the game, discuss methods of play, and take time for questions before a demonstration.  Those in attendance will have opportunity to play with others after the speaker is finished. The event is open to all ages. A few chess sets will be available to use after the speaker, but you are also welcome to bring a set. Sponsored by Friends of Paris Library.
