Digital books, audiobooks & magazines at your fingertips

Paris Public Library has digital collections of ebooks, audiobooks, and magazines. All you need is your Paris library card. Look under the ebooks/audios/magazines tab above to learn more. Choose Continue Reading below to see what’s available.

Call, email, or Facebook message the library if you need help because your library card is expired (we can probably fix that) or if you get an error message, or if you have any questions.

Digital Library of Illinois (formerly MyMediaMall): ebooks and e-audiobooks. Download the Overdrive or Libby app from your app store for your smartphone or tablet. (We recommend Libby.)  You can even read on your computer by going to Digital Library of Illinois.  Your password (or PIN) is the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave us.

Cloud Library: ebooks and e-audiobooks. Download the Cloud Library app from your app store or go to Cloud Library on your computer. Your password (or PIN) is the last 4 digits of the phone number you gave us.

RBdigital: e-audiobooks and an expanded offering of e-magazines. Download the RBdigital app from your app store or go to RBdigital on your computer. It may be easier to create an account from the site in a web browser first.

If you would like to use our digital books and resources, but your library card is expired or lost or you don’t remember your PIN/password – contact us. If you have questions, ask us. If you don’t have a card, apply for a temporary one.

Want to use Ancestry while our building is closed? ProQuest and Ancestry have generously allowed us to provide home access to our Ancestry Library Edition our cardholders through June 30.

We are also pleased to announce that our cardholders have temporary access to 7000+ magazines and newspapers from around the world on PressReader. Available through June 30.

BiblioBoard Library of Illinois  Anyone who is physically in Illinois can access the content without a login or library card. Users are authenticated through the IP address of their computer or GPS coordinates of their mobile device. An iOS or Android app is available.

Unlimited checkouts and no return periods give readers instant access to all titles all the time.

Readers also may create a BiblioBoard account profile and login. An account allows access to BiblioBoard Library while outside of Illinois, as well as the ability to download content for offline reading and to add bookmarks and notes.
