Reopening the meeting rooms for public use will begin in phases on March 15, 2021.
*Phase 1: Gibson Room available for “open house”-type events in which participants come and go, but are not in the room in a group for an extended time. Room door must remain open to allow for better ventilation.
Phase 2: Gibson Room available for small groups of less than 10 individuals at one time.
Phase 3: Both rooms may be available for more “normal” use.
Face coverings and social distancing are required.
Face coverings must be worn properly the entire time individuals are in the building, even when seated and alone in the room. Failure to do so can result in revoking right to future room reservations.
Room may be reserved for up to 2 hours. 30 minutes will be scheduled between reservations.
The room requester must check in at front desk before going to room and sign this policy to acknowledge that they are aware of its requirements.
Reservations will be limited to one per requester, per week.
Room use is subject to change as we continue to monitor Covid conditions.
All other elements of the meeting room policy remain in effect.
