The special meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order at 4:36 p.m. by President George Griffin. Earlywine, Garver, Gill, Griffin, Gross, Lehman, Michels, Punzelt, Young & Pennington – present. None – absent.
New Business: MOTION: Young, second by Earlywine to approve the documents in the bid package “Project Description: Elevator Modernizations for Paris Carnegie Public Library” produced by Architectural Expressions, LLP dated June 13, 2022, and known as AEX Project #6431.
Motion carried.
