*MOTION:  McHenry, second Punzelt to change the current late fees of $0.50/video/day and $0.10/other/day to a one rate late fee of $0.10/item/day.  Motion carried.
*Pennington shared information from Oklahoma Correctional Industries, which puts yearbooks on DVD.  Our library might do this as another way to preserve the information in our high school yearbooks.  Pennington will get more information.
*Pennington will purchase a new office printer from CDWG for $299.  She shared information from Lazerware for our consideration (see attached).  Contracting with this company would reduce the time she spends updating, troubleshooting and correcting computer problems.  However, the board and she felt the library could not afford the cost at this time.
*Brian Umberger will upgrade the library website.
*Tumblebooks subscription will end October 4, 2015.

Meeting adjourned 5:35 p.m.  Next meeting is Monday, October 19, 2015.

Respectfully Submitted,
Mary Taylor, Secretary
