Paris Carnegie Public Library’s outdoor message sign is used for the following purposes:
• Promoting library events, programs, and services
• Announcing library hours and changes to those hours
• Library communications to the community, which may include general statements such as Go Tigers [or other local sports team], Congratulations Graduates, Happy 4th of July, etc.
The library does not accept requests to post messages from outside individuals or organizations. Exceptions may be made for official messages from City of Paris or other local government agencies during community-wide emergencies.
